Any voting member, except the Pastor, may be elected to the Church Council, subject only to the limitation on the length of continuous service permitted.
To be declared elected a person must have a majority of votes cast by those present and voting at a legally called Congregational Meeting. Source: Chapter 12.01 of the Our Redeemer’s Lutheran Church Constitution and By-Laws, most recent edition.
Council meets every third Wednesday of the month.
